Topic: FAITHFULNESS AND FRUITFULNESS OF COMMITTED SOUL WINNERS

Text: Matthew 20: 18-20; 1Corinthians 4:12 To start with soul winning is every believer business. We are all commissioned by the master. Soul winning has to be taken serious by every heavenly minded believers. In our generation, we have more Prayer ministries than Evangelical/Soul winning ministries. Christ did not commissioned us for prayer, He commissioned us for evangelism and soul winning. Evangelism/soul winning is the work and prayer is the tool, but unfortunately the tool had become work and work become tool. We need to wake up and stand up to take up the task.

Another challenge is that, those that are engage in soul winning, are they doing it according to the Master’s pattern? Are they going to where the Master sends them? What are the motives of doing it? Is it being done genuinely or for reward? That is where the word called FAITHFULNESS comes in.

WHAT IS FAITHFULNESS? My definition of faithfulness is serving someone with all your heart/ life (which include time, talent, resource and energy), sticking to the rule of service (whether convenient or not) without expecting any reward for the commitment. It has to do with how you handle what is committed to your hand. Any assignment that is not carried out accordable and sincerity of heart is unfaithfulness. Doing things because you want to impress or receive people accolades is nothing but unfaithfulness. Faithful people are not easily come by. They are very scare. Psalm 12:1. Help, Lord, for the godly man ceases! For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men. Proverb 20:6. Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, But who can find a faithful man? One major attribute of faithfulness is that it is regardful in nature. Even if you are not looking for any benefit for being faithful, it would automatically compensate you beyond your wildest imagination. Faithfulness leads to fruitfulness. Faithfulness is a promoter of destiny Faithfulness is a divine route to the top Faithfulness is a qualifier to higher assignment. They are many competent, talented and anointed that would never rise because of faithfulness. Faithfulness is a vital test before greatness. You’ll be tested before trusted. You’ll be proved before you’re approved You’ll be tested with another man’s work. Don’t ever think greatness if you’re to be faithful. Luke 16:10-12. He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much. 11 Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12 And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own?
